More rollout information
See drills and links being added
Planned admin feature: an activity feed showing who added a drill or link, its tool, description and time. Access must follow the player, team and region permissions.
Today, custom drills and links are saved locally for the current browser account. They do not yet appear in a shared administrator feed. This needs server saving and permission checks before rollout.
What runs the Calendar?
Cloudflare hosts the app and account services. Its D1 databases hold server records. Resend delivers invitation and password emails. GoDaddy manages the existing trosky247.com domain.
Official account emails use accounts@mail.trosky247.com. The app currently opens on the calendar-signin-pilot.sixth-tool-calendar.pages.dev address.
No Google account or Google Drive connection is required. Local browser storage and signed-in account storage are different; check the save status before assuming another device has the same data.
What does it cost?
The workspace was last checked September 28 on the $0/month transactional plan: 3,000 emails monthly and a 100-per-day sending limit. With two setup emails each, 100 people need about 200 sends, plus retries and resets.
Cloudflare Workers has a free tier; its paid plan starts at $5/month plus usage. The current Cloudflare invoice and GoDaddy renewal charge still need confirmation. These are service costs, not a charge per player.
No paid upgrade has been approved or purchased in this update. Video hosting is a separate decision.
Weeks and seasons
Weeks run Monday–Sunday. Spring: March–May. Summer: June–August. Fall: September–November. Winter: December–February. The picker groups weeks by the season containing Thursday, so a week is never split.
Demo weeks include today, the current week, three previous weeks and two upcoming weeks. Regional administrators will be able to adjust their own season dates within approved limits. This permission and date editor are still planned; changing a season must not move saved activities to different dates.
Keep the previous Calendar safe
AV7.54 remains available. Keep the exact 8.x link people used until its version and their saved data are confirmed. Export a JSON backup from that original browser before moving to a different app address. Do not assume switching links transfers local data.
Sign-in: what happens next?
Invitation → verify email → choose password → sign in → confirm account save → check assigned access.
